Returns & Exchanges Policy – BN Empire

At BN Empire, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and delivering premium fragrances. Please read the policy below carefully to understand our return and exchange guidelines.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfume and fragrance products, returns or exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions.

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product

  • You received the wrong product than what you ordered

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

📌 Important:

  • Opened, used, or tested perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Original packaging, box, and seal must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required


Return Request Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to report any issue related to damage, leakage, or incorrect items.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged item), BN Empire will guide you through the return process

  • Items must be returned using a reliable and traceable courier service

  • Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted


Refund & Exchange Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved exchanges will be dispatched accordingly

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

BN Empire operates on Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Refunds, if approved, will be handled through a suitable method communicated during the return process.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (if mentioned as non-returnable)
